Thank you for using AlbumExposure. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We are pleased to provide this Privacy Policy governing our collection and use of personally identifiable information.
AlbumExposure is owned and operated by AlbumExposure LLC. We are a global organization with legal entities, business processes, management structures and technical systems that cross borders. Our privacy practices are designed to provide protection for your personal information all over the world, including full compliance with the high standards of GDPR. We may share your personal information within AlbumExposure and transfer it to countries in the world where we do business. While some countries may require less legal protection for your information, we will still handle information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
What we collect and how we use it
AlbumExposure may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, federal tax id, job category, information about your company, and credit card information. We have never and will not rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals.
Personally identifiable information may be gathered when you visit our sites to: provide feedback in an online survey; request product or service information; participate in a sweepstakes offer; register for a service; make purchases; and/or save a product configuration. When you provide such information to us, we may use it to: deliver requested goods, services or information; provide notices regarding goods or services that you may purchase or be interested in; and to improve the content and general administration of the sites.
In connection with a job application or inquiry, whether advertised on our sites or otherwise, you may provide us with a resume or curriculum vitae. We may use this information throughout AlbumExposure and its related entities for the purpose of employment consideration or your inquiry. Except where you tell us not to, we will keep the information for future consideration.
AlbumExposure does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of thirteen. In addition, no part of our site is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under the age of thirteen.
Cookies
We use small text files called cookies to improve the overall site experiences. Cookies generally do not permit us to personally identify you. We may provide the information that we collect and the data generated by cookies to our third party partners. Such third party partners may use the information to maintain various databases for AlbumExposure to enable us to fulfill purchases, complete user registrations, and provide you with information about products and services that may be of interest to you. We only use trusted third party partners, who also adhere to high standards for your personally identifiable information. These partners are essential to the technical management of the web sites and the services we provide to you.
Third Parties we share with include, but are not limited to:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS is a secure cloud services platform we use to transmit data, store information, and deliver content. AWS additionally provides privacy protection and GDPR compliance via the EU-US Privacy Shield program.
- Cybersource: Cybersource is a secure outsourced transaction processing service we use to process online transactions for our users. Payment details are always securely transmitted and stored by Cybersource. We DO NOT store credit card information for our users on our data servers or local systems.
- Blitline: For efficient processing of image files, we utilize image processing services from Blitline, also a mostly AWS based application. Your files are sent to Blitline, processed, and returned to our databases, where we utilize the processed files to properly display your files in the application. Blitline does not store any of your files.
- Google Analytics: Tracking general statistics and navigation behaviors on our web site help us to understand site performance and improve user experience. Google Analytics 360 meets the requirements of GDPR and allows us to control how we use the data shared with Google. We only use analytics information for internal AlbumExposure purposes.
We will also disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or to prevent harm to yourself or others. Please be aware that in certain circumstances, it is possible that personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders. In addition, we may transfer your personally identifiable information to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which AlbumExposure participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of AlbumExposure's assets. It is AlbumExposure's practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

Removal of Information
You have the right to remove your personally identifiable information from the AlbumExposure databases at any time. Please note, that since we primarily collect information required to provide our specific services, it is likely that removal of your information will require the cancelation of your account. Please contact us at support@albumexposure.com at any time to make a removal request or to discuss options for your personal situation. We will respond to your support request within 24 hours on regular business days.
You also have the ability to cancel your account immediately in the application from the Account > Subscription page. When the account is canceled, all image files are removed from our databases and the payment token removed with our payment processor. Certain personally identifiable information, like name, email address, and company information, will remain in our databases unless removal is requested by contacting us at support@albumexposure.com. We will respond to all requests within 24 hours or on the next regular business day following the request.
Links to Third Party Sites
This site, or other sites controlled by AlbumExposure, may be linked to other web sites on the Internet which are not under the control of or maintained by AlbumExposure. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by AlbumExposure of those other web sites, the content displayed therein, or the persons or entities associated therewith. Additionally, while we take reasonable efforts to identify trustworthy third party entities, AlbumExposure is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other web sites.
Security
AlbumExposure employs procedural and technological measures, consistent with the demands of customer service. Such measures are reasonably designed to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. AlbumExposure may use encryption, password protection, firewalls, internal restrictions and other security measures to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information.
Policy Changes
AlbumExposure reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be made available within this externally posted Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes as your continued use of this, or any of our other services or websites, will be subject to the then-current privacy policy.
